GAYNELL TAYLOR
President/CEO
Gaynell Taylor is the Founder and CEO of The Ophelia & Jasper Ferguson Outreach Foundation. In January 2021, she launched the Ophelia & Jasper Ferguson Outreach Foundation, a nonprofit organization with the mission to provide much-needed service to underserved communities.
This endeavor seems fitting as Gaynell's community service stems back over 20 years in acute care from medical, surgical, and emergency room settings. She is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner and currently holds the position of Medical Director of a thriving occupational medicine clinic.
Gaynell's clinical experiences with families have given her insight into the many struggles that communities face, and this has been the driving force in her quest to help.
As President, she will bring her passion, commitment, and leadership to this Foundation as it fulfills its missions to the underserved.
JAMIE RHEM
Vice President
Jamie Rhem is a results-driven and Innovative IT Leader with 15+ years in Operations, Product Management, Process Improvement, Project Management, Automation, and Information Technology experience. Jamie holds an MBA in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and several IT industry certifications related to ITSM, Project Management, and Scaled Agile.
As the Vice President of the Ophelia and Jasper Ferguson Foundation, Jamie is passionate about serving and empowering the underserved in our communities.
ANGEL TAYLOR
Secretary
After earning her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Pre-Medical concentration from Georgia State University, Angel is continuing healthcare education as a Medical Student at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine-Columbia.
Over the years, Angel has devoted herself to serving the community. She stood as a lead volunteer in a free clinic and had experience conducting health fairs. As the secretary of the Ophelia and Jasper Outreach Foundation, Angel is excited to pour into both international and domestic communities.
